We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial recordkeeping, including accounts payable, budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes - Perform budgeting and forecasting tasks - Conduct technical accounting duties such as balance sheet reconciliation - Utilize Quick Books Desktop software for financial transactions - Execute journal entries and maintain general ledger accounting - Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles - Perform tasks related to debits, credits, and 10-key typing
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable and general accounting practices - Proficiency Quick Books Desktop software - Strong understanding of debits, credits, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation - Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately - Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles Preferred Skills:
Nice-to-have skills for this position include:
