Facility Maintenance Tech
Job Description Crown Staffing is seeking applications for an Facility Maintenance Tech in the Shepherdsville area! This full-time opportunity is on 1st shift, pay $18-$22 depending on experience!Shift:
9am-5:
30pm Monday-Friday, On call on weekendsRequirements:
oPhysically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reachingoPositive attitude and willingness to lead and work as part of a teamoStrong work ethic and organizational skillsoPuts high value on doing a good job and self-supervisory skillsoBasic understanding of plumbing and other systemsoKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsoWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesoManual dexterity and problem-solving skillsoHigh school diploma or equivalentoReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseoMaintenance ToolsoNegative Drug TestoHigh school or equivalent (Required)Job Requirements As an Facility Maintenance Tech you will be:
oPrimary responsibilities include painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing, electrical work and landscaping etcoThe ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines and take pride in the standards and services they deliver to our residentsoAssist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessaryoMaintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionalityoInspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when neededoPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.
)oUndertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticideoConduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assignedoKeeping grounds and landscaping in tip-top shapeoAssist in budget preparation and ensure it is followedoMowing, weed eating and hedge trimming (also includes performing preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment)oAs such, the incumbent may perform other duties and responsibilities as requiredAbout Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies so they can build rewarding careers and strong organizations together.
