Must be experienced with computerized accounting systems as well as MS Office and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written skills along with the ability to effectively present information to management, employees, and corporate personnel are essential.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Plant accounting Relating to costing of labor, inventory, accounts payable & payroll; month end and year end functions.
Supervision of Financial Accounting Functions Assist with Costing Functions Write month end journal entries and accruals Performs month end accounting functions including balance sheet account reconciliations.
Balance bank reconciliations & support intercompany accounts Complete quarterly vendor reconciliations Manage vendor chargeback process & cost of quality reporting Analyze and evaluate plant operating expenses Assist with year end closing Complete monthly performance package Assist in budge and forecasting Complies with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.
Assure compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley 404 legislation.
